illegible note detour

"I work in a cafe and like all coffee places, we have our fair share of crazies. One in particular, an old woman named Cathy who wanders in to see what she can buy with piles of change and awkwardly socialize with us, left this note for us one day. I don't know what else to say."

blogger's note: we tried so very, very hard to decipher this message.  this is what we've come up with:
 "To you - Dr. (????) - love
Back to basics world
oven - teach oceano
geography - Art - sing
do what - you do - do what
you say - every time good
people to do - there slam - punch
on fight - (????)
love - me Cathy"

if anybody thinks they've come up with a more accurate transcription, please advise!
